What we collect

When you start the Dental Age Test we collect your full name, age, mobile number and email address, together with the date and time of your submission.

These details are collected so that the Sensodyne campaign team can contact you about this campaign and understand participation.

Your teeth photo

Your teeth photo is used only to produce your indicative Dental Age result during your current session.

It is sent directly to the AI vision provider through our secure server for a single analysis, and is not saved in our database or file storage, and no photo URL, file path or image data is recorded.

We cannot make claims about the retention practices of the AI provider beyond the configuration we use; the photo is sent for analysis only and is not used by us for any other purpose.

Questionnaire answers and your report

Your two questionnaire answers, the AI analysis and your Dental Age report exist only in your browser for the duration of the assessment.

They are not written to our database. If you refresh or close the page, the report disappears and a new assessment is required.

Who can see your details

Access to the stored name, age, mobile number and email address is restricted to authorised Sensodyne campaign administrators who sign in to a protected dashboard.

Other participants and the public cannot read, search or download participant details.

About the result

The Dental Age result is indicative and intended for awareness only. It is not a medical diagnosis and does not replace an assessment by a dental professional.
